Flyover is a concept for a new kind of social club. We seek to reclaim and reimagine unconventional real estate in St. Louis and transform it into a cannabis-friendly lounge, coffee shop, creative studio, and music venue.

The Ethos
Contrary to Californian belief, creative excellence thrives between the coasts. The artistic community in St. Louis is broad and deep. It doesn’t get the recognition it deserves.
We’re at a unique point in St. Louis history. Cannabis has been legalized recreationally, and for all of the community culture formed around neighborhood coffee shops and local bars, there are (almost) no places to consume cannabis together*.
For millennia, humans have recognized the intertwined nature of creative expression and cannabis. One need not partake to recognize its value to the creative community broadly. Now that cannabis is legal, it’s time we create a space that honors that connection.
Flyover is a concept for a cannabis-friendly social club for creatives of all backgrounds.
*The exception to this is the Cola Lounge on Cherokee—shoutout to Brennan and the STL Cannabis Club.
The Place
St. Louis is a unique city with history in its architecture. Throughout the city are unused, unconventional spaces begging to be reimagined. One example we like is a former church in Clifton Heights.

We are a group of creatives, some living in St. Louis, who have a vision for a new kind of cultural space empowered by the cannabis industry. Our backgrounds are a mix of business strategy, creative direction, social media marketing, event planning, art and music.
